TW2004

The Tiger Woods 2004 game from EA Sports is driving me nuts. I have been playing this game for months now and I'm finally really good at it. I've even won several events playing the game online. Now I'm on a mission to complete the game with the character I've created. This guy can crush a golf ball (510 yards is my longest drive, in optimal conditions of course). I've taken all the lessons, won all the tournaments and now I'm trying to win the gold medal in all of the World Tour events. I'm stuck on the last one. When the wind kicks up to over 30 mph, that Highlands course is damn tough. I have to shoot a round of 5 under par to win the gold. The closest I came was 4 under and I had to birdie the last 4 holes to do it. I would have shot 5 under if my 25 foot eagle putt on 18 hadn't lipped out. I've been playing this course for two weeks straight. I'm starting to wonder if the game is rigged so you can never complete it. I will believe it's rigged when I four putt from 2 feet on the last hole, oh never mind, I've already done that.

I finally completed this mission about a week after this post. It was very anticlimatic since the game did nothing once I finished everything it had to offer. Now I'm working on finishing TW 2005.
